Heaven is the section of the afterlife reserved for worthy souls. It is a part of the incorporeal realm, and is generally considered to be the source of all that is holy.

Customs and Physics
Heaven is the natural realm of angels, the home of the Heavenly Host, but it is also paradise for the souls of those who were worthy in life. Angels operate in the highest layer of Heaven, made up of eternally burning holy fire and blinding light, while the lower layer is made up of each individual soul's ideal eternity.
Getting To And From
Angels can travel to and from Heaven easily - for anyone else, however, getting in to Heaven is impossible without dying and being judged worthy. Once in, only angelic influence can send a soul back out. Archangels and cherubs are capable of smiting souls and other angels, casting them out.
Earth
There are no direct gates between Heaven and Earth - it is first necessary to travel through Purgatory.
Hell
Heaven and Hell are separated by Purgatory.
Otherworld
There are no direct gates between Heaven and the Otherworld - it is first necessary to travel through Purgatory.
Purgatory
The Pearly Gates connect Heaven to Purgatory. These gates are heavily guarded by angels, however, and only those permitted may cross through.
